About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what goes into making Dubai’s skyline tick? As a Quantity Surveyor with us, you’ll do more than crunch numbers—you’ll help turn ambitious blueprints into tangible landmarks, right here in the heart of Abu Hail. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love the satisfaction of a job well estimated, this role is calling your name (especially if you can join us yesterday!).
About the Company
We’re a close-knit team woven into Dubai’s ever-evolving construction fabric. Our projects range from modern commercial spaces to bespoke residential developments—each with its own story. Around here, collaboration isn’t a buzzword; it’s how we operate, whether we're refining a BOQ over strong Arabic coffee or troubleshooting cost projections late into the afternoon. With deadlines that keep us on our toes, we balance efficiency with a spirit of shared accomplishment—so expect high standards, a friendly rivalry for accuracy, and occasional celebratory lunches when we nail a bid.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing detailed measurements and quantity take-offs based on drawings, tender documents, and site observations.
- Compiling, verifying, and updating Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for ongoing and new projects—accuracy is everything!
- Supporting estimation processes, ensuring stakeholders have reliable cost forecasts, alternatives, and value-engineering options.
- Keeping a keen eye on material costs, project budgets, and variations, proactively raising any red flags.
- Liaising with project managers, site engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors—you’ll be the “numbers person” at the table.
- Reacting swiftly to ad-hoc requests for estimates or tender clarifications.
- Assisting in post-contract cost control, from interim payments to final accounts, and ensuring compliance at every turn.
- Immediately jumping in on live projects—your impact will be seen (and appreciated) from the start.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:

- Excellent communication skills—clear, direct, and diplomatic.
- Ready for an immediate start.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with the big names in local contracting and materials suppliers.

Not sure if you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive, market-driven salary—matched to your expertise and the impact you make from day one.

- Central Abu Hail location, with easy access and a lively surrounding neighborhood.
