About the Company

Picture a workplace where energy is contagious and growth is more than a buzzword. As a leading real estate firm in Ajman, we’re a team that celebrates big wins and learns from every challenge. We pride ourselves on a supportive environment, where Friday coffee runs can turn into brainstorming sessions, and where new ideas (and new agents!) are always welcomed. If you value teamwork, transparency, and a culture that rewards initiative, you’ll feel right at home with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging with clients — from first-time buyers to seasoned investors — to understand their property needs and goals.
  • Showcasing residential and commercial properties across Ajman, with a special focus on Rashidiya 3 and nearby hotspots.
  • Coordinating property viewings, answering questions, and guiding clients through each step of the buying or leasing process.
  • Building and maintaining a network of clients through calls, face-to-face meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share leads, market insights, and celebrate each other’s successes.
  • Keeping up-to-date with local real estate trends and new listings to provide clients with informed advice.
  • For experienced consultants: mentoring junior team members and enjoying additional commission incentives.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A genuine passion for sales and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus!).
  • Self-motivation and a desire to achieve — or exceed — sales targets.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • For experienced candidates: prior success in real estate sales and a strong client network.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous real estate or property sales experience (for entry-level, a background in any sales or customer service is helpful).
  • Familiarity with Ajman’s property market.
  • UAE driving license.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Generous, uncapped commissions — your earnings are directly tied to your effort and results.
  • Additional perks for experienced consultants, including higher commission brackets and exclusive leads.
  • Modern office in Grand Mall, with easy access and a lively work atmosphere.
  • Supportive onboarding and continuous training — we want you to succeed, whether you’re a rookie or a veteran.
  • Collaborative, friendly team culture — we celebrate wins together (and yes, occasional team lunches).

  • Flexible work schedule with a blend of in-office and field-based activities.

We’re not just offering a job — we’re offering a place where your ambition finds a home. If you’re ready to take your sales career to the next level, let’s talk.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a Real Estate Sales Consultant role in Ajman, you should expect a basic salary (if offered) in the range of 3,000–5,000 AED per month for entry-level candidates, with experienced consultants sometimes negotiating higher basics or better commission structures. Most real estate roles in the UAE rely heavily on commission, so your total earnings can vary widely based on your performance, but similar positions often see top performers earning 10,000 AED or more monthly when combining base pay and commissions. Be sure to clarify the commission scheme and any guaranteed allowances during your interview to ensure you have a clear picture of your potential income.
