What You’ll Be Doing
- Real Estate Agent:
Guiding clients through the exciting (and sometimes nerve-wracking!) process of buying, selling, or renting property in Dubai’s competitive market. - Sales Representative:
Proactively reaching out to potential clients, building lasting relationships, and matching people with properties that truly fit their needs. - Call Center Agent:
Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and warmth — you’ll be the reassuring voice that helps clients take the next step. - Keeping up-to-date with the latest property listings and market trends so you can offer real, timely advice.

- Managing your day-to-day with energy, integrity, and a focus on outstanding client service.
What You’ll Bring
- At least one year of experience in real estate, sales, or as a call center agent (ideally in Dubai or the UAE market).
- Confidence, positivity, and a knack for clear communication — in person, over the phone, or by email.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure (no two days are ever the same).
- Comfortable with basic tech tools — from CRMs to messaging apps.
- Currently inside the UAE and ready to hit the ground running.
- Adaptability and a true team-player mindset.
