What You’ll Be Doing
- Resolve property disputes: Mediate and resolve tenancy, ownership, and boundary disagreements with fairness—and a little detective work.
- Draft and review contracts: Prepare, vet, and update real estate contracts and related documentation, ensuring everything is both watertight and easily understood.
- Utility oversight: Monitor follow-up on utility connections and payments—particularly sewage and electricity—ensuring tenants and owners never miss a beat.
- Case management: Track open cases, coordinate with stakeholders, and follow up with municipal offices and utility providers with tenacity (and polite persistence).
- Stakeholder liaison: Act as a point of contact between landlords, tenants, legal representatives, and service companies, always keeping communication clear and constructive.
- Keep meticulous records: Maintain detailed logs and reports on property issues, resolutions, and all documentation—good documentation is half the battle.
