What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet patients and visitors with genuine warmth and professionalism—whether in person or over the phone
  • Manage patient check-ins and direct visitors efficiently (and always with a smile)
  • Handle appointment bookings, schedule changes, and follow-ups
  • Respond to questions and concerns—sometimes you’ll be the person easing anxious nerves
  • Coordinate with medical staff and ensure seamless communication between front desk and back office
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized reception area (yes, decor and neatness matter here!)
  • Keep patient records up-to-date and confidential
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed—you’ll wear a few hats, but always feel supported

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous reception or customer service experience, ideally in healthcare or hospitality
  • Presentable and approachable appearance—first impressions count here
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus!)
  • UAE residency and current location within the UAE (we can’t consider overseas applications)
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and discrete—even on the busiest days

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience handling patient records or working with clinic management software
  • Additional language skills
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s healthcare environment
