What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet patients and visitors with genuine warmth and professionalism—whether in person or over the phone
- Manage patient check-ins and direct visitors efficiently (and always with a smile)
- Handle appointment bookings, schedule changes, and follow-ups
- Respond to questions and concerns—sometimes you’ll be the person easing anxious nerves
- Coordinate with medical staff and ensure seamless communication between front desk and back office
- Maintain a welcoming, organized reception area (yes, decor and neatness matter here!)
- Keep patient records up-to-date and confidential
- Handle administrative tasks as needed—you’ll wear a few hats, but always feel supported
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous reception or customer service experience, ideally in healthcare or hospitality
- Presentable and approachable appearance—first impressions count here
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus!)
- UAE residency and current location within the UAE (we can’t consider overseas applications)
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and discrete—even on the busiest days
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience handling patient records or working with clinic management software
- Additional language skills
- Familiarity with Dubai’s healthcare environment
