What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting every guest with a smile — from first-time tourists to rush-hour regulars.
- Managing billing processes, whether it’s cash, card, or POS, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Answering a variety of customer queries, providing helpful product or service info — sometimes under pressure, always with patience.
- Supporting smooth customer flow and handling transactions quickly during peak periods.
- Assisting in keeping the counter space tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Spotting and addressing issues before they become problems, or finding a senior team member to help if needed.
- Occasionally jumping in to support teammates during particularly busy spells.
What You’ll Bring

- Demonstrated experience in customer service — retail, hospitality, or other people-facing roles.
- Reliable basic math skills and confidence handling cash and digital payments.
- Strong communication skills in English.
