What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients, candidates, and guests with a warm smile and helpful attitude
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them efficiently (sometimes, you’ll be the one who knows everyone!)
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, courier parcels, and maintaining front-desk stock
- Assisting with scheduling interviews, meetings, and updating visitor logs
- Helping with basic administrative tasks—printing, filing, and keeping things organized behind the scenes
- Liaising with office suppliers and handling simple facilities requests to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintaining a neat, inviting reception area that’s always guest-ready
What You’ll Bring
- Great communication skills in English—if you can charm over the phone or in person, that's a big plus
- Friendly, professional attitude with the confidence to manage a busy front desk
- Basic admin skills (MS Office, simple spreadsheets)
