What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors and patients, ensuring everyone feels comfortable from the moment they arrive
- Answering phone calls with patience and professionalism
- Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling basic enquiries
- Supporting the medical staff by directing visitors and assisting with documentation
- Keeping the front desk and waiting area organized, tidy, and welcoming
- Handling data entry and maintaining digital records with attention to detail
- Responding flexibly to changing situations – sometimes it gets busy, but you’ll never face it alone
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Currently located inside the UAE (we’ll need you here, not overseas!)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a bonus, but not required)
- A friendly attitude and the ability to make people feel at ease
- Willingness to learn — whether it’s new software or a new way to help a patient
- Professional appearance and punctuality
