What You’ll Be Doing
For Administrative Staff
- Handling reservations, guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations from the front desk
- Managing filing systems, payroll support, and basic accounting tasks
- Coordinating schedules and internal communications between kitchen, floor staff, and leadership
- Assisting with inventory and supply orders, keeping a keen eye on the details
- Supporting team needs—sometimes with a spreadsheet, sometimes with a listening ear
For Manager
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations from both a guest and staff perspective
- Coaching and motivating staff to deliver attentive, friendly service (all while keeping an eye on the bottom line)
- Handling vendor relationships, ensuring inventory and quality standards are met
- Participating in hiring and training, helping new team members settle in
- Implementing company policies and keeping everything up to local health and safety standards
- Collaborating on ways to enhance guest experience and drive business growth
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience in administration (for Admin roles) or restaurant/hospitality management (for Manager)
- Strong organizational skills—you enjoy keeping things running smoothly
- Excellent communication in English, both spoken and written
- A team-minded approach and a willingness to help wherever needed
- Adaptability—you’re at ease in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working specifically in Dubai or the UAE’s hospitality scene
- Fluency in additional languages
- Familiarity with POS or restaurant management software
