What You’ll Be Doing
- Visiting major retail chains—think Lulu Hypermarket, Nesto Hypermarket, Union COOP, and others—to inspect product placement and merchandising
- Checking shelves to confirm our products are always present, well-stocked, and displayed to standard
- Collaborating with in-store teams to address gaps, resolve issues, and maximize on-shelf availability
- Collecting and sharing on-the-ground market intelligence about sales trends and competitor activity
- Providing feedback to our sales and supply chain teams so we can respond quickly to changing conditions
- Ensuring promotions and marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly at the retail level
- Following up with retailers and our own reps to drive continuous improvement in in-store execution
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 3 years of hands-on FMCG experience in the UAE market
- A track record working with leading retail partners such as Lulu, Nesto, Union COOP, and others
- Strong observational skills and attention to merchandising details—spotting what others might miss
- Ability to work independently, prioritize visits, and adapt to the variable rhythms of fieldwork
- Solid communication in English; Arabic or other languages a plus
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with basic sales reports and data analysis
- Experience implementing new product launches or promotional campaigns
- A knack for building quick rapport with people at all levels, from store managers to stockroom staff
