What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, both longstanding and brand new
- Identifying and grabbing fresh project opportunities in contracting, paints, and service sectors
- Creating and executing strategic sales plans that hit (and exceed) targets
- Leading by example: coaching and motivating the sales team, sharing best practices along the way
- Managing the end-to-end project acquisition process—from prospecting to pitch to closing the deal
- Keeping an eye on industry trends to stay a step ahead of the market
- Sharing insights and collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams
- Representing our brand at industry events, client meetings, and (yes) the occasional after-work get-together
