What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering closely with the Principal to define and implement our school’s vision, day-to-day operations, and long-term strategy.
- Providing hands-on support and mentorship for teachers, encouraging professional development and facilitating best practices in instruction.
- Overseeing curriculum planning, ensuring it meets rigorous educational standards while serving the diverse needs of our student body.
- Leading regular staff meetings and nurturing a culture of open dialogue and collaboration (yes, we want your voice at the table).
- Handling student discipline and pastoral matters with fairness, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Engaging with parents, guardians, and the wider community, building trust and partnership around student success.
- Playing a key role in staff recruitment, onboarding, and retention—help us find and keep great talent.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Master’s Degree in Education or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience within a UAE school setting.
