What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming customers into the showroom and offering knowledgeable, friendly advice on a range of home appliances.
  • Demonstrating product features, answering questions, and guiding buyers to the best option for their needs.
  • Handling sales transactions with accuracy and professionalism — every detail matters.
  • For field sales: visiting potential clients, building relationships, and presenting our products directly at their locations (with all necessary support and logistics provided).
  • Keeping the showroom tidy, organized, and inviting — first impressions count.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest products and promotions so you can speak with confidence.
  • Collaborating with teammates to hit sales targets (celebrating wins together is a big part of our culture).
  • Providing after-sales support and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A positive attitude and approachable personality — our customers remember the people, not just the products.
  • Previous sales experience (retail or field) is a strong plus, but commitment and willingness to learn go a long way.
  • Good English communication skills; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a bonus in our diverse market.
  • Professional appearance and punctuality — reliability is key.
  • Flexibility to work 9-hour shifts (plus a one-hour break), including weekends and holidays as required.
  • For field sales: a valid UAE driving license is required.
