What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet customers with a warm, genuine welcome—helping them feel at home from the moment they walk in
- Guide shoppers through our diverse fragrance selection, offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences
- Process sales smoothly and confidently, from first hello to final purchase
- Keep our displays organized and visually appealing (because presentation matters!)
- Stay on top of inventory, restocking bestsellers and updating product information as needed
- For Sales Managers: lead by example, motivate the team, and help set daily sales targets
- Handle customer questions or concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring every guest leaves happy
- Occasionally assist with in-store events, promotions, or seasonal campaigns—there’s always something happening here
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service (retail or perfumes a big plus)
- Strong communication skills in English—other languages are always welcome
- Friendly, approachable attitude and a knack for making people feel comfortable
- Currently based in the UAE (we can only consider applicants who are inside the country)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in a perfume or luxury retail environment
- Experience leading a small team (for Sales Manager roles)
- Passion for fragrances—you know your ouds from your citruses, or are eager to learn
