About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about what it takes to thrive in Dubai’s fast-paced real estate scene? As a Sales Representative & Digital Marketing Specialist for a dynamic real estate agent based in Deira, you’ll be right at the heart of one of the city’s most energetic neighborhoods. This role isn’t just about closing deals — it’s about connecting with people, using your digital savvy, and making a real difference for clients looking for their next home or investment in Dubai. If you’ve got a year or more of UAE experience and a passion for both sales and marketing, this could be your next big step.

About the Company

Based in the bustling district of Deira, our team is a close-knit group that thrives on energy, ambition, and a touch of friendly competition. We believe in giving every team member a voice — whether it’s brainstorming new marketing angles over coffee, or celebrating a deal’s closing with an impromptu team lunch. While we move fast (it is real estate in Dubai, after all), we never lose sight of supporting each other and making sure everyone grows, both professionally and personally. Friday catch-ups, idea sharing, and a bit of good-natured humor are all part of the package.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reaching out to prospective property buyers through calls, messages, and digital campaigns — you’ll be the first point of contact for many.
  • Showcasing properties to clients and giving them a memorable, informative tour (virtual or in-person).
  • Creating and managing eye-catching social media content to promote listings and boost our brand.
  • Following up on leads promptly and efficiently — you know how to turn curiosity into genuine interest.
  • Working closely with our agents and marketing team to brainstorm and execute new sales strategies.
  • Keeping up-to-date records of client interactions, feedback, and sales progress using our digital tools.
  • Staying on top of Dubai’s property trends so you can speak knowledgeably to clients.
  • Occasionally chipping in on unique projects — we love a team player who’s willing to roll up their sleeves.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least one year of real estate or sales/marketing experience in the UAE.
  • Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Confidence in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Currently residing inside the UAE.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, and a genuine interest in helping people find the right property.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or property listing portals.
  • Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, etc.).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 3,000–4,000/month, based on your experience.
  • Free visa sponsorship — we handle the paperwork.
  • Company-provided accommodation, so you can focus on your work, not your rent.
  • Health insurance included from day one.
  • A diverse, welcoming team — we embrace all nationalities and backgrounds.
  • Ongoing training, support, and plenty of opportunities to expand your skill set.
  • The chance to grow your career in one of Dubai’s most exciting industries.

We believe work should be rewarding in more ways than one — from the people you meet to the skills you build, and yes, the perks you enjoy. If you’re ready to make your mark in Dubai’s real estate world, we can’t wait to meet you.
