About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to play a vital role in the everyday lives of students, ensuring their safety and comfort from the moment they step out their front door? We’re looking for School Bus Attendant cum Cleaners to join our team along Etihad Street, Deira, Dubai. This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to make a real difference each morning and afternoon, all while working in a supportive environment that values safety, trust, and teamwork.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit team committed to providing reliable, caring, and safe transport for school children throughout Dubai. Our mornings start early, but there’s a genuine camaraderie among our staff. If you enjoy a workplace where people look out for each other (and swap stories over tea during breaks), you’ll fit right in. We’re growing fast and take pride in not just moving buses, but in safeguarding the children who ride with us every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor student safety throughout every journey — making sure everyone is seated and secure while the bus is in motion.
- Assist students as they board and exit the bus, with special attention to younger children or those needing extra help.
- Perform headcounts and checklists to ensure no one is left behind at any stop.
- Communicate clearly with the driver and school staff about any issues or incidents.
- Uphold RTA safety standards at all times, including passing the required RTA Test.
- Handle light cleaning duties inside the school, ensuring classrooms and common areas are tidy after your bus shift.
- Foster a warm, friendly atmosphere on the bus — a smile or kind word goes a long way!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Age between 25 and 35 years old (as per job requirements)
- Fluent spoken and written English to communicate effectively with students and staff
- Willingness and ability to pass the RTA Test
- Strong sense of responsibility and patience with children
Nice-to-Haves:
- Holders of a valid RTA Card will be given preference
- Prior experience in a similar role (school bus attendant, cleaner, or related field)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary based on your experience
- Morning and afternoon shifts — leaving you with midday flexibility
- Supportive team environment where your contribution truly matters
- Training provided to help you pass the RTA Test (if needed)
- Opportunities to grow within the company as we expand
- Convenient location in Deira, Dubai — easily accessible for local residents
We believe in looking out for each other, just as we do for the students. If you’re seeking a meaningful, hands-on role with genuine impact (and a few laughs along the way), you’ll feel right at home here.
