What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging, interactive lessons that motivate and support students of diverse backgrounds
- Design classroom activities—think group projects, creative assignments, and lively discussions, not just worksheets
- Adapt your teaching style to suit different learning needs and levels
- Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment where every student feels encouraged to participate
- Develop lesson plans and resources, collaborating with your team to keep things fresh and relevant
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and team-building events (yes, we like to bounce ideas around together)
- Assess students’ progress and provide positive, constructive feedback to help them grow
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A relevant academic degree in education or your subject specialty
- Prior experience as a classroom teacher (any curriculum is welcome)
- Strong communication skills—confident, clear, and adaptable
