Are you passionate about shaping young minds or supporting a dynamic school environment? We’re directly hiring for a variety of rewarding roles—Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Subject Coordinators, Academic Supervisors, School Counselors, Librarians, and Administrative Staff—at one of Al Nahda’s most respected educational institutions. Whether you’re seasoned in the classroom, adept at nurturing student welfare, or specialize in keeping the wheels of administration turning, there’s a place for you here. About Us
Our institution has earned a reputation for not just high academic standards, but also for the warmth and camaraderie that make each day a little brighter. You’ll find an environment where Friday assemblies often feature student talent shows, and every new staff member is greeted with a homemade breakfast on their first day. We’re committed to fostering curiosity, kindness, and a spirit of lifelong learning—not just for our students, but for our team as well. In a city as diverse as Dubai, our school feels like a close-knit community—where laughter in the staff room is as valued as lesson planning.

- Encourage inclusive learning and step in to support students who need a little extra encouragement.
Academic Supervisors:
- Oversee academic programs to ensure high-quality instruction and seamless curriculum delivery.
- Mentor and support teaching staff to help them grow professionally.

What You’ll Bring

- For teaching posts: experience in a school setting or with children is highly preferred.
- Flexibility and teamwork—a willingness to adapt, pitch in, and grow with us.
- Familiarity with UAE education standards is a plus but not a requirement.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here

- Free visa and comprehensive medical insurance—so you can focus on what matters.
- Paid holidays and leave in line with UAE labor law.
