Responsibilities

As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our warehouse premises, assets, and personnel. Your main duties will include:

• Ensuring the security and safety of the facility: Conduct routine inspections and patrols throughout the premises to deter unauthorized access and ensure everything remains secure.
• Monitoring access points: Oversee the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles to prevent unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment.
• Responding to emergencies: Act swiftly and effectively in case of fire, medical emergencies, or security threats, following established procedures and protocols.
• Observing and reporting: Remain alert at all times, identifying and reporting unusual activities or potential hazards to management.
• Maintaining incident records: Accurately document any security breaches, incidents, or suspicious behavior for review and follow-up.
• Supporting other safety initiatives: Cooperate with team members and warehouse staff to uphold safety standards and assist in drills or training sessions as required.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Valid SIRA certificate: Applicants must possess an up-to-date SIRA license in accordance with Dubai security regulations.
• Previous experience: Prior experience in a security role, especially in a warehouse or industrial environment, is highly advantageous.
• Physical fitness: Ability to remain alert, stand for extended periods, and conduct regular patrols throughout large warehouse spaces.
• Strong communication skills: Capable of clear and professional communication, both verbal and written, to interact with staff, visitors, and emergency responders.
