What You’ll Be Doing

  • Patrolling assigned locations to deter and detect any suspicious activity—no two days are ever quite the same.
  • Monitoring access points and verifying credentials to ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
  • Responding swiftly to emergencies—from medical incidents to fire alarms—with calm and clear judgment.
  • Writing accurate incident reports and maintaining daily logs, helping us learn and improve with every shift.
  • Providing helpful guidance to visitors and staff, since clear communication is as important as vigilance.
  • Collaborating closely with your team to ensure seamless coverage and support, especially during busy periods or special events.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Valid SIRA license (a must-have for Dubai security professionals)
  • Previous experience in security services, with a solid understanding of safety protocols
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English—enough to handle reports and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Physically fit and alert, able to stand for extended periods and respond quickly as situations demand
  • Calm under pressure, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Nice-to-Haves:
