What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily operations on construction sites to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to the company’s standards
- Coordinating with subcontractors, foremen, and site workers to maintain smooth workflow (and resolve those inevitable on-site surprises)
- Conducting regular site inspections, tracking progress, and updating project managers with honest, practical feedback
- Monitoring material delivery, storage, and usage—because every AED counts
- Ensuring rigorous compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Keeping accurate site records, from attendance to incident reports
- Acting as the go-to contact for both client queries and workforce concerns, building trust all the way
- Jumping in to coach, resolve conflicts, and motivate the crew—sometimes all before lunch
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience supervising construction sites in the UAE (preferably Dubai)
- Currently residing within the UAE and available for an in-person interview
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, HSE standards, and site protocols
- Solid communication skills (fluent in English; Hindi or Arabic is a bonus)
- Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset and a knack for motivating teams from all walks of life
Nice-to-Haves:
- Certification in construction management or related fields
- Experience with commercial as well as residential projects
- Familiarity with digital site management tools and reporting software
