About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Looking for a leadership role where your aluminum expertise truly matters? As our new Aluminum Foreman based in Al Garhoud, Dubai, you'll be right at the center of turning blueprints into reality. Whether you’re passionate about precision, enjoy guiding a team, or take pride in job sites running like clockwork, this role offers you a front-row seat (and a key role) in successful project delivery. The construction landscape in Dubai is constantly evolving — and so are we. If you want to leave your mark on some of the city’s most exciting projects, let’s talk.

About the Company

We’re a close-knit construction team with a reputation for quality craftsmanship across Dubai. You’ll feel the energy of a growing business — one where new ideas about safety, efficiency, and design are genuinely welcomed. Our managers roll up their sleeves alongside the crew, and our Friday breakfast tradition tends to run long because, well, we like each other. We value attention to detail, practical problem-solving, and the camaraderie that comes with building things that last.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing all aluminum fabrication and installation activities on active job sites — and rolling up your sleeves when needed.
  • Reviewing and preparing detailed shop drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility before work begins.
  • Developing cost estimates and tailored quotation offers for project bids and client approvals.
  • Coordinating daily with project engineers and management to sync up on timelines, resource needs, and unexpected hurdles.
  • Supervising, training, and motivating aluminum workers — you’ll be the go-to person for technical questions and on-site challenges.
  • Ensuring every step follows stringent safety and quality standards, from the first cut to final installation.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years preferred) supervising aluminum fabrication and installation jobs.
  • Strong skills in reading, interpreting, and redlining shop drawings.
  • Working knowledge of preparing cost estimates and quotation letters for aluminum works.
  • Proven ability to lead a crew — balancing motivation, clear communication, and relentless focus on safety and timelines.
  • Familiarity with relevant Dubai construction codes, site protocols, and industry best practices.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Technical diploma or vocational certification in aluminum fabrication or a related field.
  • Direct experience working on mid- or large-scale projects in the UAE.
  • Comfort with construction management software or digital reporting tools.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary, plus overtime pay when things get busy (and they do!).
  • Supportive team where your input is respected and your growth matters.
  • Employee referrals and performance recognition — we celebrate wins together.
  • Regular trainings on new materials and safety procedures: never a dull moment.
  • Accessible Al Garhoud location with transport options, plus coffee just down the street for your morning pick-me-up.
  • A culture that rewards reliability, accountability, and humor (even on tough days).

At the end of the week, you’ll see real progress and real results — and know your leadership was the difference. If you’re looking to grow as a foreman in a company that values experience, trust, and teamwork, you’ll feel right at home here.
