About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Join Our Team of Passionate Educators in Burj Al Arab, Dubai
Are you ready to make a real difference in young lives—while building your own rewarding career in education? We’re looking for motivated Primary and Secondary Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Subject Specialists, and School Counselors to join our vibrant community in the heart of Burj Al Arab. Whether you thrive in shaping bright minds or supporting students’ personal growth, there’s a spot at our school where your influence will truly matter. In an ever-evolving education landscape, we offer you a chance to grow, learn, and lead alongside a supportive, dynamic team.
About Us
Nestled in one of Dubai’s most iconic neighborhoods, our school is known more for its caring culture than its impressive views (though those don’t hurt). We’re a tight-knit faculty drawn from diverse backgrounds who believe in meaningful teaching, hands-on learning, and supporting every child’s individuality. Friday mornings might mean pancake breakfasts in the staff room; afternoons can turn into impromptu brainstorming sessions where everyone’s voice is heard. We’re growing—but our commitment to student well-being and staff collaboration won’t change, no matter how big we get.

- Keeping parents and families in the loop, whether it’s through regular progress updates or friendly conversations at pick-up time.
- Contributing to school events and activities—from science fairs to sports days, there’s always something on the calendar!
- Supporting students from diverse backgrounds with tailored strategies that help everyone feel welcome and motivated.
