What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnosing and resolving a spectrum of hardware, software, and network issues for staff—either in person or remotely.
  • Setting up new Windows workstations, including user accounts and essential software (Office, printers, the works).
  • Troubleshooting glitches with everything from Outlook mishaps to networking hiccups.
  • Maintaining IT inventory, ensuring equipment is up-to-date and working like a charm.
  • Responding promptly to IT requests, keeping communication clear and user-friendly (no jargon overload!).
  • Assisting with onboarding new hires, getting them connected and comfortable from day one.
  • Documenting incidents, fixes, and procedures so the team learns together.
  • Supporting the roll-out of occasional new systems, software, or upgrades.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Hands-on experience solving hardware, software, and network problems—preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Clear, patient communication skills—you can explain tech without making anyone’s head spin.
  • Able to prioritize and juggle tasks without breaking a sweat.
  • Flexible and willing to help wherever needed; no job is too small.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in an internal IT support role, especially in Dubai.
  • Knowledge of other operating systems or networking hardware.
