What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing a wide variety of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble, mosaic—you name it) with an expert touch
- Preparing and leveling surfaces with care, so every tile lays perfectly
- Mixing and applying adhesives, grout, and sealants with precision
- Reading and interpreting layout plans or technical drawings to get the details just right
- Collaborating with fellow installers, supervisors, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly
- Maintaining a top-notch standard of safety, cleanliness, and organization at every site
- Occasionally assisting with material selection or suggesting smart solutions when surprises come up
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in professional tile installation—residential, commercial, or both
- A sharp eye for accuracy and detail—crooked lines just aren’t your thing
- Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and manage your own daily workflow
- Commitment to all safety rules and quality standards (PPE and protocols are second nature by now)
- Team spirit and a positive, solution-focused approach to problem solving
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with specialty tile (glass, stone, custom mosaics)
- Familiarity with the latest tools and techniques in the trade
- Basic English or Arabic communication skills
- UAE driver’s license
