About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you the kind of person who thrives on keeping things moving—literally? If you’ve got a knack for transportation operations and building strong industry relationships, this might just be the perfect role for you. We’re a fast-growing vehicle transportation company based in Dubai, specializing in truck and trailer moves across the UAE and GCC. Right now, we’re on the lookout for someone with genuine expertise to join our team and help us deliver a seamless, top-notch service to our clients. Sound like your kind of challenge?

About the Company

We’re not your average transport provider. Our team’s passion for logistics is matched only by our commitment to reliability and customer satisfaction. Headquartered in Umm Ramool, Dubai, we’ve built a close-knit crew that values honesty, teamwork, and a good sense of humor (our lunchroom debates over the best truck snacks are legendary). As a company, we’ve earned a reputation for getting vehicles where they need to be safely and on time—no matter the distance or the desert heat. We’re scaling up, and every new team member plays a real part in our story.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for vehicle moves by truck and trailer within the UAE and across GCC countries, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with all regulations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with fleet partners, drivers, and clients—you’ll be the go-to person for smooth coordination and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate scheduling, route planning, and documentation to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise, whether it’s a last-minute route change or a customs hiccup at the border.
  • Maintain clear communication with both internal teams and external partners to keep everyone in the loop.
  • Keep up-to-date with transport regulations and industry trends in the UAE and GCC, sharing insights with the team.
  • Contribute ideas to improve our processes—we’re always open to smarter, safer, or more cost-effective ways of working.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in transportation operations or logistics, specifically within the UAE and GCC.
  • Deep understanding of the vehicle movement process (by truck/trailer) and related documentation.
  • Strong network or relationship-building skills with drivers, vendors, and clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working from our Umm Ramool, Dubai office.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Fluency in Arabic and/or other regional languages.
  • Previous experience with customs procedures in GCC.
  • Familiarity with transportation management software.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary package and room for growth as we expand our footprint.
  • Friendly, supportive team—everyone from the office staff to the drivers knows your name.
  • Modern office space in Umm Ramool, with easy access and amenities close by.
  • Real impact: your work keeps our wheels (and our clients’ vehicles) moving.
  • Opportunities for professional development and industry learning.
  • Regular team lunches, and the occasional after-work gathering to celebrate a job well done.

We’re passionate about what we do, and we’re looking for someone who shares that drive. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and help shape the future of vehicle transport in the region, we can’t wait to meet you.
