Introduction

Have a knack for navigating paperwork and official procedures? Our busy Typing & PRO Services Office right in the heart of Bur Dubai is on the lookout for a Document Clearance Officer to join our close-knit team. If you’ve spent time working in the UAE and know your way around government and private sector protocols, this could be your next step. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, reliable, and ready to help clients get their documents sorted without the usual headaches.

About the Company

We’re a small but mighty office specializing in document clearance and PRO services — think of us as the behind-the-scenes helpers who make expat and business life in Dubai a whole lot easier. Our team is tight, collaborative, and always willing to lend a hand (or a much-needed coffee break). We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our reputation for getting things done right the first time. Fridays, you’ll find us sharing a laugh over takeout after a busy week, reflecting the supportive environment we’ve built here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling all aspects of document clearance for clients, including preparing and submitting paperwork for government and private sector requirements
  • Liaising directly with various UAE authorities, ministries, and private entities to ensure timely processing
  • Keeping clients updated on progress, clarifying requirements, and ensuring all documents are in order
  • Maintaining accurate records of all applications and transactions, both digitally and in hard copy
  • Advising clients on the latest procedures, fees, and documentation needed for their specific cases
  • Troubleshooting delays or issues with applications and proactively resolving them
  • Helping out with other office tasks as needed — we’re all about pitching in when things get busy

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in document clearance or PRO services within the UAE
    • Strong knowledge of UAE government and private sector procedures and systems
    • Proficiency in English (and Arabic is a plus)
    • High attention to detail and a knack for keeping things organized
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Professional attitude and ability to maintain client confidentiality
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Familiarity with digital application portals (e.g., Tasheel, Amer, Immigration)
    • Previous experience in a small office or startup environment
    • Additional language skills

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary of AED 3,000 per month, always paid on time
  • Day off every Sunday to help you recharge
  • Public holidays off, following UAE law
  • Supportive, team-oriented environment where everyone’s voice is heard
  • Opportunity to deepen your expertise in UAE government processes
  • Convenient Bur Dubai location — easy to reach by metro or bus
  • A workplace where hard work is noticed (and appreciated), not just expected

We know paperwork isn’t glamorous, but it’s essential — and here, you’ll see the value of your work every single day. If you’re looking for a stable role in a friendly office, we’d love for you to join us.
