What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the main point of contact for all government-related processes, ensuring documentation and paperwork are handled promptly.
  • Liaising with various government departments and external agencies to process visas, permits, licenses, and other official documents.
  • Drafting, translating, and reviewing official letters and communications in both Arabic and English.
  • Keeping meticulous records of all transactions and ensuring compliance with current regulations.
  • Advising the team on any changes in government procedures and helping colleagues navigate these updates smoothly.
  • Supporting the HR department with onboarding new staff, especially with visa and labor card processing.
  • Responding quickly to urgent requests or last-minute changes — flexibility is part of the job!
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with government representatives and service providers.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • College degree, diploma, or equivalent education.
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a PRO in the UAE.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to join immediately (ASAP availability).
  • Female candidates preferred, ideally Arabic-speaking.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in the general services sector.
  • Familiarity with JVC area and local government contacts.
