Responsibilities

• Conducting routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of various air conditioning systems.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults in AC units and related components.
• Performing comprehensive AC duct cleaning to ensure optimal air quality and system efficiency.
• Recommending necessary upgrades or replacements of equipment and components when required.
• Responding promptly to emergency repair requests and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
• Documenting maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for record-keeping and compliance.
• Coordinating with the facilities management team to schedule regular servicing and maintain maintenance logs.
• Adhering to safety protocols and best practices throughout all tasks and assignments.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in HVAC technology, and local regulations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair, with a focus on both split and centralized AC systems.
• Proven expertise in AC duct cleaning services, using advanced tools and techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and a methodical approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards related to HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, cleaning equipment, and repair instruments.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
• Immediate availability to start work in Dubai.
• Relevant technical certifications or diplomas in HVAC or mechanical engineering are highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, occasionally demanding environment.
