What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming guests with a friendly smile and ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive
  • Presenting menus, answering questions about our Italian specialties, and sharing recommendations with confidence
  • Taking accurate food and beverage orders, and making sure every detail is just right
  • Coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, timely service (we believe teamwork is everything)
  • Handling payments, issuing receipts, and making sure every guest leaves happy
  • Keeping the dining area tidy and organized throughout your shift
  • Bringing a positive attitude, even on the busiest nights — we all pitch in to make things run smoothly

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a waiter within the UAE — you know the rhythm of local hospitality
  • Good English communication skills (Italian or Arabic is a plus, but not required)
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a friendly, team-oriented approach
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid eligibility to work in the UAE

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling
  • An eye for detail and the ability to anticipate guests’ needs
