What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests with a friendly smile and ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive
- Presenting menus, answering questions about our Italian specialties, and sharing recommendations with confidence
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders, and making sure every detail is just right
- Coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, timely service (we believe teamwork is everything)
- Handling payments, issuing receipts, and making sure every guest leaves happy
- Keeping the dining area tidy and organized throughout your shift
- Bringing a positive attitude, even on the busiest nights — we all pitch in to make things run smoothly
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 2 years’ experience as a waiter within the UAE — you know the rhythm of local hospitality
- Good English communication skills (Italian or Arabic is a plus, but not required)
- A genuine passion for customer service and a friendly, team-oriented approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid eligibility to work in the UAE
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling
- An eye for detail and the ability to anticipate guests’ needs
