• Managing appointments efficiently using our booking system—scheduling, confirming, and adjusting bookings as needed.
• Responding to client inquiries in person, over the phone, and via digital channels with professionalism, patience, and clarity.
• Maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area, including the waiting lounge and front desk.
• Supporting salon staff by coordinating client flow and assisting with basic administrative duties.
• Handling client feedback or concerns calmly and constructively, always aiming to enhance the overall client experience.
• Assisting with light retail sales by informing clients about ongoing promotions and available products.
