Step into Hospitality: Waiter & Waitress Opportunities

Have you ever found yourself the life of the room, someone who loves making others feel comfortable and well taken care of? We’re looking for spirited and experienced Waiters and Waitresses who know that exceptional service is about so much more than delivering plates to a table — it’s about creating moments guests remember. If you’re ready to bring your energy, experience, and people skills to a team that values quality and genuine warmth, keep reading!

About Us

Our restaurant is more than just a spot to grab a meal — it’s a community hub where locals gather, celebrations unfold, and every night brings a new story. We believe in service with personality, and our team is known for blending professionalism with a welcoming touch. You’ll often hear music in the kitchen, and don’t be surprised if you’re asked to vote on the “staff dish of the month” (everybody here knows their food). Here, your ideas for improving the guest experience are always welcomed, and teamwork isn’t just a buzzword — it’s how we get through a busy Friday dinner rush with a smile.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet guests with a genuine smile and guide them through their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, offering recommendations when asked (or when you just can’t help but share your favorites)
  • Communicate smoothly with kitchen and bar staff to make sure special requests aren’t missed
  • Handle payments using our POS system and make sure every bill is crystal clear
  • Keep your section spotless and organized, anticipating guest needs before they even ask
  • Step in when colleagues need a hand — we all pitch in for great service
  • Resolve guest questions or concerns gracefully, always aiming to turn a tricky moment into a positive memory
  • Stay up-to-date with the menu, daily specials, and allergens so guests feel in expert hands

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 2–3 years’ experience as a waiter or waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Confident spoken English (bonus points for conversational Arabic)
  • Comfortable with POS systems and handling payments
  • Friendly, positive attitude — your smile should feel as real as your service
  • Strong communication skills: you know how to read a table and adjust your style accordingly
  • Professional appearance and reliable punctuality

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with high-end or casual dining
  • Arabic language skills
  • Knowledge of food allergies and special diet accommodations
  • A knack for remembering repeat guests and their usual orders

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary and tips you’ll actually notice in your paycheck
  • Flexible scheduling — life isn’t just about work
  • Ongoing training and menu tastings (yes, you get to eat the good stuff)
  • Supportive team with regular staff outings and celebrations when goals are smashed
  • Uniform provided, so mornings are one less thing to stress about
  • Opportunities to grow into senior service or training roles
  • A management team that genuinely wants to hear your ideas

We believe great dining starts with people who love what they do. If you’re ready to serve up good vibes along with delicious meals, this could be your next favorite job.
