What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily store operations, including managing incoming and outgoing stock.
- Accurately recording inventory levels and updating records to avoid any supply hiccups.
- Safeguarding goods by ensuring proper storage, labeling, and handling at all times.
- Coordinating with suppliers and managing delivery schedules for optimal workflow.
- Leading your team by example—delegating tasks, training new staff, and resolving minor conflicts before they grow.
- Handling client requests and queries with professionalism and an approachable attitude.
- Implementing company processes for stocktaking and loss prevention to maintain accountability.
- Supporting management in periodic audits and adapting to sales or seasonal volume changes.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience as a storekeeper, inventory controller, or in a similar warehouse/store role.
- Demonstrated ability to handle client inquiries and serve customers efficiently.
- Experience supervising or leading a small team (even if informally).
- Strong attention to detail and confident in maintaining accurate logs and records.
- Familiarity with stock management software or basic inventory spreadsheets.
- Comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written).
Nice-to-Haves
- Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, or other regional languages are a plus).
- Valid UAE driving license.
