What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing and coordinating all warehouse activities to maintain smooth operations.
- Leading, training, and mentoring your team — from daily assignment huddles to supporting long-term growth.
- Monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Ensuring all warehouse safety protocols are followed — you’ll set the tone for a safe, organized work environment.
- Liaising directly with clients and customers, resolving any problems or queries as they arise.
- Collaborating with the management team to streamline workflows and implement process improvements.
- Preparing reports on workflow, team performance, and operational KPIs.
- Handling any day-to-day issues with a cool head and a solutions-based mindset.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience supervising a warehouse team in a busy logistics or distribution center.
- Strong track record of dealing directly with clients, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships.
- Solid organizational skills — you know how to juggle priorities and keep things moving.
- Good communication in English (spoken and written); other languages are a bonus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Dubai Industrial City and adapt to shifts as needed.

- Experience working in the UAE or wider GCC region.
