What You’ll Be Doing
Construction Supervisor:
Oversee day-to-day site operations, keep projects on schedule, and mentor your crew to deliver top-quality work.
Liaise with engineers and project managers to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Problem-solve on the fly — because every site has its surprises.Pipe Fitter:
Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems for plumbing, HVAC, or fire safety.
Read blueprints and work closely with other trades to coordinate installations.
Handle repairs and adjustments as needed to keep everything flowing smoothly.Structural Fabricator:
Cut, shape, and assemble steel or metal components for building frames and supports.
Operate fabrication equipment and tools safely.
Double-check measurements (accuracy is everything) before moving on.Wall Painter:
Prep and finish interior and exterior surfaces with care — from priming to that final, satisfying coat.
Choose the right materials and tools for each job, paying attention to detail and durability.
Clean up like a pro, leaving the site spotless and ready for move-in.
What You’ll Bring
