What You'll Be Doing
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and wiring on active construction sites
- Running conduits, pulling cables, and assisting with panel and fixture installations
- Reading basic drawings and following instructions from site supervisors and senior electricians
- Helping electricians with tools, materials, and site preparation (for helper roles)
- Keeping your work area safe, tidy, and compliant with site safety rules
- Coordinating with other trades so nothing slows the project down
- Reporting issues or hazards quickly — no one here is expected to figure things out alone
