What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise day-to-day site activities across villa construction projects, making sure work aligns with approved drawings, specs, and timelines.
- Coordinate directly with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors — you’ll be the go-to person when something on site doesn’t match the plan.
- Handle Dubai Municipality procedures end-to-end: submissions, inspections, NOCs, and the follow-ups that keep projects moving.
- Review shop drawings and method statements, offering practical input rather than just stamping approvals.
- Monitor material quality and quantities arriving on site, and raise flags when something’s off.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports that actually reflect what’s happening on the ground.
- Attend site meetings with clients and consultants, and communicate clearly — in English — both verbally and in writing.
- Ensure HSE standards are respected by everyone on site, every day.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in villa or residential construction projects.
- Valid Dubai Municipality G 1 classification/approval — this is non-negotiable.
- Solid working knowledge of Dubai Municipality procedures and approval workflows.
- Proven experience in site supervision and consultant coordination.
- Good English communication skills — written and spoken.
- Availability to join immediately (or very close to it).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or BIM coordination tools.
- A degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the relevant UAE authorities.
- Experience dealing directly with private villa clients.
