• Tile Masons
• Block Plaster Masons

Responsibilities

As a valued member of our construction team, your responsibilities will vary depending on your area of expertise. Each role plays a crucial part in delivering top-quality results for our clients. Below is an overview of typical duties:

• Tile Masons:

  • Accurately measure, cut, and install ceramic, marble, granite, or porcelain tiles.
  • Prepare surfaces and ensure precise alignment and finishing.
  • Repair and replace damaged tiles as required.

• Block Plaster Masons:

  • Build and repair structures using blocks and mortar.
  • Apply plaster with smooth finishes on walls, ceilings, and exterior surfaces.
  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

• Shuttering Carpenters:

  • Construct and dismantle temporary wooden or metal forms for concrete pouring.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Maintain tools and equipment for safe operation.

• Steel Fixers:

  • Assemble and secure steel bars and mesh for reinforced concrete.
  • Cut, bend, and tie rebar according to project requirements.
  • Work closely with engineers and supervisors to ensure accuracy.

• Painters:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
  • Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes with precision.
  • Conduct touch-ups and repairs as needed.

• Electricians:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.
  • Diagnose electrical problems and ensure compliance with safety codes.
  • Collaborate with other trades to support project timelines.

Requirements
