Responsibilities

As a valued member of our hotel staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that our guests expect. Depending on your role, your key responsibilities may include:

Housekeeping Staff:

• Ensuring all guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are impeccably clean and well-maintained.
• Replenishing towels, linens, and amenities as required.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Adhering to the hotel’s hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
• Providing friendly and respectful service, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.

Waiters/Waitresses:

• Greeting guests warmly and presenting menus in a professional manner.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and serving them efficiently.
• Attending to guest requests and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Collaborating closely with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Handling payments and billing with attention to detail.

Requirements

Ideal applicants will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Current residency in the UAE with immediate availability to join.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, food service, or relevant hospitality roles is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
