What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your experience and role, your days might look like:
Chef de Partie / Commis Chef:
- Whipping up mouthwatering dishes, contributing your flair to every plate.
- Helping plan and prep for service, ensuring quality and consistency every time.
- Maintaining the highest kitchen hygiene standards — and keeping your section running like clockwork.
Waiter / Waitress:
- Greeting guests with a genuine smile and guiding them through the menu like a trusted friend.
- Managing orders smoothly, delivering dishes promptly (and gracefully — even on a busy night!).
- Noticing the little touches: a refill here, a birthday candle there.
Bell Boy:
- Welcoming guests curbside, handling luggage, and escorting guests to their rooms.
- Sharing quick tips about the city, creating a warm first impression that sets the tone for their stay.
Housekeeping Staff:
- Keeping guest rooms and public areas immaculate, with an eagle eye for detail.
- Handling guest requests—sometimes it’s a spare towel, sometimes it’s a puzzle to solve.
All roles are expected to collaborate well and support each other during the rush — we believe great teamwork is at the core of five-star service.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (for immediate start)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous hospitality experience preferred, but a genuine desire to serve is even more important
- Ability to communicate well in English (extra language skills are a real plus!)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Background in a similar five-star hotel or fine dining environment
- Knowledge of another language (our guests hail from everywhere!)
- Food safety or first aid certifications
