About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Step into Leadership as Our AC Foreman
Ready to take your HVAC career up a notch? We’re looking for an experienced AC Foreman to join our growing team, with a preference for Indian nationals who can hit the ground running. This is your chance to lead field crews on real projects in Dubai, tackle new challenges every week, and play a hands-on role in shaping efficient, comfortable spaces across the city. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy seeing the results of your team’s work firsthand, you might be the next great fit for us.
About Us
We’re not your run-of-the-mill MEP contractor. Our team in Al Qusais has built a reputation for reliability, quality, and a genuinely supportive work atmosphere — the kind where you’re on a first-name basis with the boss and team lunches actually happen. While we’re hands-on with every project, there’s also genuine respect for balance and personal growth. You’ll notice our Friday safety briefings aren’t just about rules — they’re about teamwork, learning, and sharing in each success together.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising day-to-day HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair tasks at diverse project sites.

- Coordinating with engineers, clients, and other trades to resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Managing material inventory and site logistics — from requesting spare parts to organizing daily workflow.
- Enforcing safety protocols and quality standards, making sure every job site is tidy and compliant.
- Completing daily progress reports and updating management with accurate site status.
- Quickly troubleshooting issues on-site — whether it’s a faulty chiller or a last-minute spec change.
