What You’ll Be Doing
- Steering commercial and contractual activities for key projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from inception to completion
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including site engineers, procurement, and finance—to align project goals and budgets
- Overseeing tender preparation, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation, always with a watchful eye on both opportunity and risk

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
- At least 5 years of commercial and project management experience within the UAE construction sector

- Hands-on exposure to budgeting, cost control, tendering, and procurement processes
