What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting in the construction and assembly of buildings and infrastructure — whether it’s lifting, carrying, or helping with concrete pours, you’ll be a key part of the team.
- Operating basic hand tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Following safety instructions and site guidelines to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Supporting skilled tradespeople (such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers) as needed.
- Loading and unloading materials, keeping the site organized and tidy.
- Handling any additional tasks that pop up — construction sites are full of surprises.
- Working closely with supervisors and teammates to meet daily targets and deadlines.
