About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it takes to keep a busy construction site running like clockwork? As our new Foreman in Al Qusais 2, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations—guiding skilled teams, ensuring projects stay on track, and keeping an unwavering eye on quality and safety. If you thrive on hands-on leadership and take pride in seeing tangible progress at the end of a long day, this just might be your next great opportunity in the UAE’s vibrant building industry.

About the Company

Our contracting company may be growing, but our roots are firmly planted in a people-first mindset. We’ve built a reputation for reliability and honest workmanship—something you’ll see reflected in our open-door policy and collaborative culture. Around here, problem-solving is a group sport (often over strong cups of chai), and every milestone is the result of teamwork. We believe in rolling up our sleeves, investing in each other, and delivering projects that everyone can be proud of. Fridays tend to end with a laugh, and there’s genuine satisfaction in a job well done.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily site work and making sure every phase of the project flows smoothly—from the first bag of cement to the finishing touches.
  • Supervising and motivating a diverse crew of skilled workers, tradespeople, and sub-contractors with clarity and respect.
  • Coordinating schedules, delegating tasks, and addressing on-site challenges before they become problems.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with UAE safety standards (and your own high bar for quality).
  • Liaising with engineers, project managers, and vendors to keep everyone on the same page.
  • Carrying out regular inspections and keeping accurate site records for progress, personnel, and any incidents.
  • Using your driving license to visit multiple nearby sites or source materials when needed—agility is key!

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Foreman in building contracting or construction—bonus points if most of it’s been in the UAE.
  • Valid UAE driving license you’re comfortable using on the job.
  • Demonstrated strength in leading teams onsite, with a knack for smooth coordination under pressure.
  • Familiarity with safety guidelines and a genuine commitment to keeping people protected.
  • Good communication skills in English (other languages are definitely a plus).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with fast-paced residential and commercial projects.
  • A problem-solving mindset and cool head when things get hectic.
  • Basic tech savviness for reporting and scheduling apps.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, fair salary reflecting your expertise and commitment.
  • Supportive team that understands the value of good leadership and open feedback.
  • Work with a company that is stable and steadily growing—even in changing market conditions.
  • Opportunities to step up, broaden your skills, and expand your responsibilities as we take on new projects.
  • Respect for work-life boundaries—when the day’s done, you’re done.
  • Onsite parking and support with permits where needed.
  • A culture of trust, humor, and genuine respect for the trades.

We know that great buildings are only as strong as the teams behind them. If you’re ready to join a company where your leadership makes a visible mark every single day, we’d be excited to connect.
