About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you the go-to person on-site when things get complicated with air conditioning systems? We’re looking for an experienced AC Foreman who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and guide a team through the challenges of installation and ongoing maintenance. This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys the balance of hands-on technical work and leading by example. If you thrive in dynamic environments and take pride in delivering quality results, you might just find your next great role with us.
About the Company
Here at our company, we believe that well-cooled, comfortable spaces are the heart of modern living — and we take that responsibility seriously. Our team is a tight-knit group that values straight talk, collaboration, and celebrating wins together (hint: iced coffee is practically a job requirement during the summer months!). With a solid reputation across the UAE’s contracting landscape, we combine technical know-how with a genuine commitment to the people who make our projects possible. Growth here means taking initiative, enjoying a steady pace of work, and being part of something bigger than just another AC job.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing and coordinating all on-site air conditioning installation, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Assigning daily tasks to technicians, monitoring progress, and providing hands-on guidance where needed
- Conducting site inspections to ensure work is completed to a quality standard and in line with safety requirements
- Troubleshooting complex AC issues and supporting the team in finding effective solutions
- Liaising with project managers and clients to ensure expectations are met and updates are communicated
- Training and mentoring junior staff so everyone gets a little better, every day
- Maintaining detailed records of site work, materials usage, and team attendance
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid, hands-on experience with air conditioning installation and maintenance in the UAE contracting sector
- Proven leadership skills — you know how to get the best out of a team, even when the pressure’s on
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic, English, or both are helpful)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Relevant technical certifications or trade qualifications
- Prior experience handling multi-site projects or larger teams
- A knack for troubleshooting under tight deadlines
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

- Training and professional development opportunities for those who want to keep leveling up
- Stable, long-term projects with reputable clients across Dubai and the UAE
- Respect for your off-hours: overtime is the exception, not the rule
- Occasional team lunches, recognition events, and an open-door policy from management
