About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be part of a team that quite literally builds the future of Dubai? We’re urgently looking for proactive Scaffolders, Plumbers, Welders, and Masons to join our fast-growing outfit in bustling Deira. If you’ve got hands-on experience and want to work where your skills are both respected and rewarded, this opportunity comes with immediate openings — and a welcoming, all-nationalities environment.
About the Company
We’re more than just a crew of tradespeople — we’re a tight-knit family, proud to play a vital role in shaping one of the world’s most dynamic cities. Our office calls Deira home, right at the heart of Dubai’s vibrant commercial life. On our team, you’ll find colleagues swapping tips from every corner of the globe and Friday lunches that feel like a mini world tour. We value hard work, honesty, and looking out for one another both on site and off.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Scaffolder: Assemble, position, and dismantle scaffolds safely for various construction projects.
- Plumber: Install, maintain, and repair piping systems — both water and drainage — in residential and commercial settings.
- Welder: Execute welding jobs (MIG, TIG, arc) according to spec, ensuring the finished work is sturdy, neat, and up to code.
- Mason: Lay bricks, stones, and tiles skillfully to deliver work that’s not only strong but visually sharp.
- Maintain tools and equipment in top condition, reporting any issues promptly.
- Collaborate closely with your site manager and team to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations — your well-being is just as important as your workmanship.
- Pitch in wherever needed; we respect teamwork above all, and everyone’s contribution counts.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves

Nice-to-Haves
- Formal training or trade certification in your specialization.
- Experience on UAE projects or knowledge of local safety standards.
- Willingness to grow into more responsibility as the team expands.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary range: AED 1,800 – 3,000 (based on experience and role).
- Free company-provided visa, accommodation, and medical insurance — so you can focus on your work, not the paperwork.
- All nationalities welcome; build friendships and skills with teammates from around the world.
- Supportive supervisors who appreciate hard work and honest communication.
- A chance to grow: prove yourself, and we’ll invest in your development.
- Shifts are managed with respect for your well-being — we know rest matters.
