What You’ll Be Doing
- Restore, grind, polish, and treat marble surfaces—floors, walls, counters, and more—for a variety of client sites
- Operate specialized machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Assess marble surfaces, spot potential issues, and recommend the best refinishing or repair approach
- Mix, apply, and buff sealants or chemicals according to best practice and manufacturer instructions
- Keep your work area organized and ensure every job meets our company’s high standards
- Communicate with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate on-site work and solve challenges on the fly
- Adapt to fast timelines—urgent projects aren’t unusual here
- Represent the team positively when interacting with clients and property owners
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven hands-on experience with marble grinding, polishing, and treatment
- Currently inside the UAE, with a transferable or assignable residence visa
- Comfort using grinding/polishing machinery and knowledge of marble-specific techniques
- Ability to start work right away
- Strong attention to detail, and pride in your finished product
- Willingness to work in Barsha and other nearby Dubai locations
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic communication skills in English or Arabic
- Previous experience with other stone surfaces (granite, terrazzo, etc.)
- Team leadership or training experience
