What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing daily accounting entries and keeping financial records up-to-date and accurate.
- Assisting with invoice processing and tracking payments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Reconciling bank statements and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Preparing financial reports and summaries for management reviews.
- Coordinating with other departments to gather information or resolve queries—sometimes it’s as simple as a quick chat over tea.
- Supporting general office administration, from filing documents to helping keep our workspace organized.
- Welcoming visitors and responding to client inquiries when needed, making sure everyone feels at home.
- Contributing to a positive team environment—because a little encouragement goes a long way.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Some accounting or office administration experience (even if it’s an internship—everyone starts somewhere!)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic accounting software.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- A valid UAE residency (we’re only accepting candidates currently inside the UAE).
- A flexible, team-oriented attitude—willing to pitch in wherever needed.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous work in recruitment or HR.
- Additional languages—Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, or Urdu are always appreciated.
- Experience with VAT filings or local financial regulations.
