About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ever wondered what it’s like to be the heartbeat of a busy office in the center of Dubai? We’re looking for an Admin to join our team in Business Bay — someone who thrives on keeping things organized and running smoothly, even when the pace picks up. If you’re already in the UAE and looking for a stable role with a friendly, multicultural team, this opportunity might be what you’ve been waiting for. With a competitive salary and a two-year visa, this is your chance to settle in and grow with us.

About the Company

We’re a close-knit group who believes that a good workday is about more than just ticking off your to-do list — it’s about the people you work with, the little wins you celebrate, and the sense of ownership you feel. Our office, nestled in the lively Business Bay area, buzzes with ambition and a touch of humor (impromptu snack runs and birthday celebrations are pretty much a tradition here). We value reliability, open communication, and a can-do attitude — and we’re always open to fresh perspectives, no matter where you come from.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serving as the go-to person for day-to-day office administration and support.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors with a warm, professional manner.
  • Assisting with document preparation, filing, and basic data entry.
  • Coordinating office supplies and ensuring everything’s in its place.
  • Supporting the team with scheduling, meeting setup, and logistics.
  • Helping with minor HR and finance tasks as needed (don’t worry, training is provided).
  • Keeping the office environment tidy, friendly, and welcoming to all.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Currently residing in the UAE (and able to attend interviews in person).
  • Basic English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong sense of organization and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Professional appearance and approach — you’re the first face people see!

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask when things get busy.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Salary: AED 4,000 per month — paid on time, every month.
  • Visa: Two-year employment visa included.
  • Location: Modern office in Business Bay, close to cafes and public transport.
  • Diversity: Welcoming colleagues from all backgrounds and nationalities.
  • Growth: Learn new skills on the job and take on more responsibilities as you grow.
  • Team Spirit: Supportive team environment where your contributions are noticed.

We know work is a big part of your life, so we strive to make our office a place where you feel respected, supported, and part of something real. If you’re ready to bring your energy and reliability to our team, we’re eager to meet you.
