What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating day-to-day office operations so that nothing falls through the cracks
  • Managing documents, records, and files with serious attention to detail
  • Handling correspondence — whether it’s email, phone, or in-person requests — with professionalism and a smile
  • Assisting with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and calendar management for the team
